Two weeks to go!

The Goal: To raise enough funds to purchase 1898 pairs of

new unused underwear for Whitehorse social agencies by MARCH 1, 2012.

Why: Because it is needed.

Klondike Ginch Rush, as seen in Friday February 3 2012 Yukon News, is working to raise enough funds to purchase 1898 pairs of new unused underwear for Whitehorse social agencies by March 1, 2012. Sponsored by Got Ginch? Cross Canada Underwear Drive and DeliverGood.org who delivered 35,000 pair of Ginch to 10 homeless shelters across Canada in 2011. This is the first time Got Ginch has come North of '60. Your donation will allow Whitehorse to be included in Got Ginch 2012! All funds raised will stay in the Yukon!

We need to have our order in to Got Ginch? Cross Canada by March 1, 2012 to be able to be included in this year's drive. At an estimate of $1.50 per pair of underwear, we are trying to raise $2,847.00 to reach our goal of 1898 pairs. Your donation can make a difference to someone in Whitehorse who needs it.

"Ginch" is at the top of most charities wish lists across Canada, but not the first clothing item thought of when people go through their items as the underwear needs to be new and unused. In some cases used underwear is distributed due to the need and the lack of donations available. With your help Klondike Ginch Rush can bring a little dignity to someone who really needs it.
